SEO built for local businesses
Get booked before they scroll
I get local businesses ranking in the Google map pack — and named when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation.
I am Kripa. You deal with me directly — no account managers, no offshore team.

Your guests are not googling the way they used to
A traveller planning a trip used to open Google, scan ten results and click three. Now a large share of them open ChatGPT or Perplexity, ask a question in a full sentence, and get back a short list of names. If your property is not on that list, there is no page two to be found on.
On Google itself, the first screen for “where to stay in [town]” belongs to Booking.com, Agoda and TripAdvisor. You cannot outrank an OTA on its own terms. The map pack is different: it is local, it is winnable, and it sends guests to you rather than through a commission.
Both routes run on the same evidence — a complete Google Business Profile, the same facts about you everywhere on the web, reviews that say something specific, and pages a machine can read without guessing. That evidence is what I build.
Ten blue links, mostly OTAs. The map pack is the one place an independent property can outrank them.
“Three places come up repeatedly for a quiet stay near the lake: Hillview Guesthouse, Lakeside Rooms and Fewa Riverside Inn.”
One answer. Three names. No page two, and no way to buy your way in.
Three pieces of work, in this order
Foundations before visibility, always. Content on a site search engines struggle with is wasted effort, and no amount of AI optimisation rescues a page nobody can load.
Local SEO
Show up in the map pack
Local SEO is the work that decides whether your property appears in the three map results guests actually tap.

Fast, crawlable, indexed
Technical SEO makes sure search engines can reach your pages, understand them, and serve them fast enough that guests do not leave first.

GEO & AEO
Get named by AI assistants
GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization) are the work of getting your property named inside AI answers: the recommendation ChatGPT gives when a guest asks where to stay in your town.

- 01
Audit
I crawl the site, pull field performance data, check your profile and citations, and run twenty guest queries through four AI assistants. You get a prioritised list, not a 60-page PDF.
- 02
Fix foundations
Speed, crawling, indexing and structured data first. Content on a site search engines struggle with is wasted effort, so this order is not negotiable.
- 03
Build visibility
Google Business Profile, reviews, local pages, citable content, and entity consistency across every place your property is described.

Monthly: map pack grid, Search Console clicks and positions, AI visibility log, and what I am doing next. Written so you can read it in five minutes.
The hotel & restaurant SEO checklist
The 24 checks I run on every property before I quote anything — profile, technical, local and AI visibility. Plain language, no tools required for most of it.
Questions owners ask me first
How much does SEO cost for a small hotel or restaurant?
A one-time audit is $450 USD and ongoing work starts at $650 a month. For a property under twenty rooms, three to six months of the Local Growth tier is usually enough to fix the foundation, after which many owners step down to a lighter engagement or maintain it themselves.
How long does SEO take to work for a hotel?
Most properties see meaningful movement in 8-12 weeks. Google Business Profile fixes can show within days, citation corrections take 30-60 days to propagate, and review and content signals compound over months. If someone promises page one in two weeks, ask what they plan to do in those two weeks.
What is GEO and AEO, and does my property need it?
GEO and AEO are the work of getting named inside AI answers: what ChatGPT or Perplexity says when a guest asks where to stay in your town. It matters if your guests research before booking, which for independent hotels and restaurants is most of them. It runs on the same evidence as SEO, structured so a model can quote it.
Do you work with properties outside Nepal?
Yes. I work with independent hotels and restaurants in Nepal, Australia, the UK and the US. I am on Nepal time (UTC+5:45), which overlaps comfortably with Australian mornings and UK afternoons, and I reply to everything within one business day.
Can you help if I already have an agency?
Sometimes. If they handle paid ads or content and the local and technical side is being neglected, that splits cleanly. If they are already doing SEO, two people working the same site tends to produce contradictory changes, and I would rather audit their work once than duplicate it monthly.
What do I get from a free audit?
A written reply within one business day naming the two or three things I would fix first on your site, with the reasoning. No call required, no obligation. It is deliberately useful on its own, and if you take the list and fix it yourself, that is a fine outcome.
Want to know what is holding your property back?
Send me your website and I will reply within one business day with the two or three things I would fix first. No call required, no obligation.
