Terms

Terms & conditions

These cover the use of this website and the general shape of the work. Last updated 18 August 2026.

This page is not your contract

Everything on this site describing services, timelines and prices is general information, written to help you decide whether to get in touch. The terms that actually bind us are the ones in the written agreement or proposal you sign before work starts. Where the two differ, that agreement wins.

No guaranteed rankings

I cannot guarantee a position in Google’s results, an appearance in the map pack, or a citation in any AI assistant, and neither can anyone else. Search engines and language models change their systems without notice and do not take instructions from me. Where this site gives a timeline — 8 to 12 weeks for local movement, for example — it is an estimate drawn from past projects, not a promise.

Scope, payment and cancellation

Published rates, inclusions and exclusions are on the pricing page: a three-month minimum on monthly tiers, then month to month, with thirty days notice to stop. Those are the standard terms I work to, and your signed agreement is where they become binding for your specific engagement. Invoices are issued in USD and payable on the terms stated on the invoice.

What I need from you

Accurate information about your business, and access to the accounts the work requires — Google Business Profile, Search Console, analytics, your website. You keep ownership of your content, your accounts and your data throughout, and you keep all of it if we stop working together.

Ownership

Reports, audits, recommendations and content produced for you are yours once invoices are paid. The methods, templates and tooling I use to produce them remain mine, and I reuse them with other clients.

Liability

My liability for any claim arising from the work is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings, lost revenue or lost rankings, and I am not responsible for the actions of third-party platforms such as Google, OpenAI or your hosting provider.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kathmandu. If you would rather work under a different jurisdiction, say so before signing and we can discuss it.
